I LOVE making jersey cookies! I baked these Pacer cookies for the owners of the Indiana Pacers as a Thank You from a family friend! We brainstormed on what to make and went with starter jerseys, in all 3 colors, and the logo! Whew, that logo took time, but I love it! Go Pacers!
