Believe it or not, this was my first order of Dr. Seuss cookies in my seven years of baking cookies! I have made a Dr. Seuss cookie for fun, but when my friend Rachel asked me to make these as always I was intimidated. Why? Because it's Dr. Seuss and the characters SEEM super intricate, but they actually arent'. Each character was actually made freehand minus using a projector to outline the shapes! My favorite is the little pink fish :D
